As the first step with training inquiries, we'll hop on a quick phone/Zoom call to go into depth about your goals, and to answer questions you have for me. The call is usually between ~15-30 minutes. After that, if you decide you're still interested, we'll book a complimentary session so I can take a look at your movement patterns, and so that you can make sure you feel we're a good fit.

Though everyone's specific training needs are different, you can always expect me to work with you on developing a structured workout plan, and to adjust that plan based on your energy and fatigue levels throughout your time working with me.
-
In my experience, my in-person clients see the most success when they see me at least 2x per week. This way, I can be sure that they're exhibiting safe movement patterns, and so that I can monitor their fatigue in real time. I only recommend once a week for independent gym-goers who are already very experienced with consistent exercise.

Yes! The number of workouts I assign largely depends on your goals & experience level, but assigned workouts are part of your training plan.

Definitely let me know! I have a wide variety of experienced colleagues that I would be happy to refer you out to. After we discuss your needs and expectations, I can give you the information of one or two fitness professionals that can accommodate those needs.
